Purple People Eater

A few weeks ago, we bought a couple of purple yams at Whole Foods. We've been wanting to make them ever since we had them at LaBastide - the inn I worked at during college. I baked them off and added honey, cinnamon and some butter. They were fun to eat and tasty. They are better for you than plain potatoes. We also made a turkey tenderloin to go with it. It was such a colorful meal!
