Lookin' like a lobster
We're home! This trip was much needed. Last week and month have been tough on us and we were glad to get away and not have a care in the world. We stopped in Columbia and picked up John and some new pairs of running shoes. We had lunch with one of my favorites from college, Julianna aka Ju baby. It's about a two hour drive from there. We drove around for a little bit searching for a hotel and then made a reservation through travelocity and got it cheaper from when we called to get their rates. (awesome!) I love a good deal.
It was bike week in MB so it was somewhat busy, but not too bad. Our lil' Jap, Arianne drove down and met us, too. We had fun. I wish I was still there. We are burnt though. Overcast skies are so deceiving. ha.
