V-Day Yummy #6

I love red velvet, I cannot deny it. I gravitate towards it and cheesecake. Thanksgiving 2008, I spent the holiday with my sister in Chicago. At the time, neithe of us cooked so we shopped all day, ate in the crazy food court and then went to the cheesecake factory for dessert.

She bought me a slice of red velvet cheesecake. It was beautiful and so delicious. I didn't want it to end. I am going back to Chicago in March and you can bet, I will have another slice.

In the meantime, here is a recipe to hold me over...


The only thing I hate about this recipe is that I have to make it myself.
