I thought I would be down so much by now. I am at 9lbs. I lost a pound today but since I'm trying to lose what I gained this weekend it doesn't feel very good.

I had a bad day yesterday and just felt swamped at work so when I got home I felt terrible and just wanted to eat something "good" - so I made a pizza. So, yes I cheated again. I'm sure I'll gain tomorrow but we'll see.

I just need to make it to next Friday. That is now my goal. I want to be done with this on February 19. I want to lose atleast 5-10lbs. It was 15 more so that is lowering my goal.

Grapefruit for breakfast this morning. I am also going to up my water intake and hope that helps.
