V-Day Yummy #9

While working at the Cliffs Communities in college was when my love of cheese began. We did a lot of wine tasting and I would have to help put the fruit and cheese tables together. I loved all of it and fell in love with really expensive cheeses and just cheese in general. The chef's would also make amazing dishes.  It's the first place I also had gnocchi.

Have you ever had gnocchi? Well, it is one of my favorite treats. Here is an easy recipe that combines cheese and gnocchi.  Can we say, awesome?
